BAR ADMISSIONS

Russell Smith, Frank Dehn, Benton Levy, Kwarma Vanderpuye, and Priya Kumar are admitted to the bar of the State of New York. Kwarma Vanderpuye and Priya Kumar are also admitted in Michigan, Patricia Holland is admitted in Connecticut and Illinois, and Mike Cleaver is admitted in North Carolina. Alex Hannell is a non-practising solicitor who heads our London office. He handles international media and entertainment transactions that do not require the provision of legal advice. None of us are admitted to the bar of any other state or country. At the office of our affiliate in India, we do not practice Indian law, nor do we advise or represent residents of India with respect to that law.
