Tricia advises clients regarding the development and enforcement of employment policies and codes of conduct, and provides workplace training - often required by federal and state law - to employees and management. She has extensive experience representing management before the NLRB in various labor disputes, including union certification and decertification, interest arbitration and collective bargaining.
Tricia received her law degree, cum laude, from The John Marshall Law School in Chicago, where she was a member and staff editor of the Law Review.
